* termios/termios.h [__OPTIMIZE__]: Remove "optimization" for
tcgetattr. We have weak aliases now.
* stdlib/stdlib.h [__OPTIMIZE__ && __GNUC__ >= 2]: Remove
"optimizations" for random functions.
