docs: arm: convert docs to ReST and rename to *.rst

Converts ARM the text files to ReST, preparing them to be an architecture book. The conversion is actually: - add blank lines and identation in order to identify paragraphs; - fix tables markups; - add some lists markups; - mark literal blocks; - adjust title markups. At its new index.rst, let's add a :orphan: while this is not linked to the main index.rst file, in order to avoid build warnings. This allows a ROM-able zImage to be written to eSD and for SuperH Mobile ARM to boot directly from the SDHI hardware block. This is achieved by the MaskROM loading the first portion of the image into MERAM and then jumping to it. This portion contains loader code which copies the entire image to SDRAM and jumps to it. From there the zImage boot code proceeds as normal, uncompressing the image into its final location and then jumping to it.
