Pull documentation format standardization from Jonathan Corbet: "This series converts a number of top-level documents to the RST format without incorporating them into the Sphinx tree. The hope is to bring some uniformity to kernel documentation and, perhaps more importantly, have our existing docs serve as an example of the desired formatting for those that will be added later. Mauro has gone through and fixed up a lot of top-level documentation files to make them conform to the RST format, but without moving or renaming them in any way. Each text file under Documentation follows a different format. Some doesn't even have titles! Change its representation to follow the adopted standard, using ReST markups for it to be parseable by Sphinx. This file is using some other markup notation (likely, markdown). This is a simple debugging driver that enables the doorbell and scratch pad registers to be read and written from the debugfs. This tool enables more complicated debugging to be scripted from user space. This driver may be used to test that your ntb hardware and drivers are functioning at a basic level.
