docs: thermal: convert to ReST

Rename the thermal documentation files to ReST, add an index for them and adjust in order to produce a nice html output via the Sphinx build system. At its new index.rst, let's add a :orphan: while this is not linked to the main index.rst file, in order to avoid build warnings. hwmon: exynos4: move thermal sensor driver to driver/thermal directory

This movement is needed because the hwmon entries and corresponding sysfs interface is a duplicate of utilities already provided by driver/thermal/thermal_sys.c. The goal is to place it in thermal folder and add necessary functions to use the in-kernel thermal interfaces.
