Replace the open coded parsing of CPU nodes' 'reg' property with of_get_cpu_hwid(). This change drops an error message for missing 'reg' property, but that should not be necessary as the DT tools will ensure 'reg' is present. Use a more generic form for __section that requires quotes to avoid complications with clang and gcc differences. Remove the quote operator # from compiler_attributes.h __section macro. Convert all unquoted __section(foo) uses to quoted __section("foo"). Also convert __attribute__((section("foo"))) uses to __section("foo") even if the __attribute__ has multiple list entry forms. ARM: 8616/1: dt: Respect property size when parsing CPUs

Whilst MPIDR values themselves are less than 32 bits, it is still perfectly valid for a DT to have #address-cells > 1 in the CPUs node, resulting in the "reg" property having leading zero cell(s). In that situation, the big-endian nature of the data conspires with the current behaviour of only reading the first cell to cause the kernel to think all CPUs have ID 0, and become resoundingly unhappy as a consequence.
