KVM: export and iif KVM is supported

I do not see any consistency about headers_install of and . According to my analysis of Linux 5.1-rc1, there are 3 groups: [1] Both and are exported alpha, arm, hexagon, mips, powerpc, s390, sparc, x86 [2] is exported, but is not arc, arm64, c6x, h8300, ia64, m68k, microblaze, nios2, openrisc, parisc, sh, unicore32, xtensa [3] Neither nor is exported csky, nds32, riscv This does not match to the actual KVM support. At least, [2] is half-baked. Nor do arch maintainers look like they care about this. For example, commit 0add53713b1c ("microblaze: Add missing kvm_para.h to Kbuild") exported to user-space in order to fix an in-kernel build error. We have two ways to make this consistent: [A] export both and for all architectures, irrespective of the KVM support [B] Match the header export of and to the KVM support My first attempt was [A] because the code looks cleaner, but Paolo suggested [B]. So, this commit goes with [B]. For most architectures, was moved to the kernel-space. I changed include/uapi/linux/Kbuild so that it checks generated asm/kvm_para.h as well as check-in ones. kbuild: force all architectures except um to include mandatory-y

Currently, every arch/*/include/uapi/asm/Kbuild explicitly includes the common Kbuild.asm file. Factor out the duplicated include directives to scripts/Makefile.asm-generic so that no architecture would opt out of the mandatory-y mechanism. um is not forced to include mandatory-y since it is a very exceptional case which does not support UAPI. kbuild: warn redundant generic-y

The generic-y is redundant under the following condition: - arch has its own implementation - the same header is added to generated-y - the same header is added to mandatory-y If a redundant generic-y is found, the warning like follows is displayed: scripts/Makefile.asm-generic:20: redundant generic-y found in arch/arm/include/asm/Kbuild: timex.h I fixed up arch Kbuild files found by this. arch: Use asm-generic/socket.h when possible

Many architectures maintain an arch specific copy of the file even though there are no differences with the asm-generic one. Allow these architectures to use the generic one instead. ia64: generate uapi header and system call table files

System call table generation script must be run to gener- ate unistd_64.h and syscall_table.h files. This patch will have changes which will invokes the script. This patch will generate unistd_64.h and syscall_table.h files by the syscall table generation script invoked by ia64/Makefile and the generated files against the removed files must be identical. The generated uapi header file will be included in uapi/- asm/unistd.h and generated system call table header file will be included by kernel/entry.S file. y2038: ia64: Remove unneeded ipc uapi header files

The ia64 ipcbuf/msgbuf/sembuf/shmbuf header files are all identical to the version from asm-generic. This patch removes the files and replaces them with 'generic-y' statements as part of the y2038 changes. Pull poll annotations from Al Viro: "This introduces a __bitwise type for POLL### bitmap, and propagates the annotations through the tree. Most of that stuff is as simple as 'make ->poll() instances return __poll_t and do the same to local variables used to hold the future return value'. Some of the obvious brainos found in process are fixed (e.g. POLLIN misspelled as POLL_IN). At that point the amount of sparse warnings is low and most of them are for genuine bugs - e.g. ->poll() instance deciding to return -EINVAL instead of a bitmap. I hadn't touched those in this series - it's large enough as it is. Another problem it has caught was eventpoll() ABI mess; select.c and eventpoll.c assumed that corresponding POLL### and EPOLL### were equal. That's true for some, but not all of them - EPOLL### are arch-independent, but POLL### are not. The last commit in this series separates userland POLL### values from the (now arch-independent) kernel-side ones, converting between them in the few places where they are copied to/from userland. AFAICS, this is the least disruptive fix preserving poll(2) ABI and making epoll() work on all architectures. As it is, it's simply broken on sparc - try to give it EPOLLWRNORM and it will trigger only on what would've triggered EPOLLWRBAND on other architectures. EPOLLWRBAND and EPOLLRDHUP, OTOH, are never triggered at all on sparc.
