Pull powerpc updates from Michael Ellerman:

 - Remove our now never-true definitions for pgd_huge() and p4d_leaf().

 - Add pte_needs_flush() and huge_pmd_needs_flush() for 64-bit.

 - Add support for syscall wrappers.

 - Add support for KFENCE on 64-bit.

 - Update 64-bit HV KVM to use the new guest state entry/exit accounting
   API.

 - Support execute-only memory when using the Radix MMU (P9 or later).

 - Implement CONFIG_PARAVIRT_TIME_ACCOUNTING for pseries guests.

 - Updates to our linker script to move more data into read-only
   sections.

 - Allow the VDSO to be randomised on 32-bit.

 - Many other small features and fixes.

The value returned by an i2c driver's remove function is mostly ignored.
(Only an error message is printed if the value is non-zero that the
error is ignored.)

So change the prototype of the remove function to return no value. This
way driver authors are not tempted to assume that passing an error to
the upper layer is a good idea. All drivers are adapted accordingly.
There is no intended change of behaviour, all callbacks were prepared to
return 0 before.

pmc_dev is only assigned in .probe(), otherwise the variable is unused.
So drop this pointer that serves no purpose.

Returning an error in .remove() doesn't prevent a driver from being
unloaded. On unbind this only results in an error message, but the
device is remove anyhow.

I guess the author's idea of just returning -EPERM in .remove() was to
prevent unbinding a device. To achieve that set the suppress_bind_attrs
driver property and drop the useless .remove callback.

This is a preparation for making platform remove callbacks return void.
