When booting under KVM the following error messages are issued:

hypfs.7f5705: The hardware system does not support hypfs
hypfs.7a79f0: Initialization of hypfs failed with rc=-61

Demote the severity of first message from "error" to "info" and issue
the second message only in other error cases.

<title>s390/extable: move EX_TABLE define to asm-extable.h</title>

Follow arm64 and riscv and move the EX_TABLE define to asm-extable.h
which is a lot less generic than the current linkage.h.

Also make sure that all files which contain EX_TABLE usages actually
include the new header file. This should make sure that the files
always compile and there won't be any random compile breakage due to
other header file dependencies.

<title>s390/hypfs: include z/VM guests with access control group set</title>

Currently if z/VM guest is allowed to retrieve hypervisor performance
data globally for all guests (privilege class B) the query is formed in a
way to include all guests but the group name is left empty. This leads to
that z/VM guests which have access control group set not being included
in the results (even local vm).

Change the query group identifier from empty to "any" to retrieve
information about all guests from any groups (or without a group set).

<title>s390: rename dma section to amode31</title>

The dma section name is confusing, since the code which resides within
that section has nothing to do with direct memory access. Instead the
limitation is that the code has to run in 31 bit addressing mode, and
therefore has to reside below 2GB. So the name was chosen since
ZONE_DMA is the same region.

To reduce confusion rename the section to amode31, which hopefully
describes better what this is about.

Note: this will also change vmcoreinfo strings
- SDMA=... gets renamed to SAMODE31=...
- EDMA=... gets renamed to EAMODE31=...

The functions get_online_cpus() and put_online_cpus() have been
deprecated during the CPU hotplug rework. They map directly to
cpus_read_lock() and cpus_read_unlock().

Replace deprecated CPU-hotplug functions with the official version.
The behavior remains unchanged.

Use store_tod_clock_ext() instead of get_tod_clock_ext().
Unfortunately one usage has to be converted to a cast, since
otherwise a uapi header file would have to be changed.
