[PATCH] uml: move _kern.c files

[PATCH] uml: fork cleanup

Fix the do_fork calling convention: normal arch pass the regs and the new sp value to do_fork instead of NULL. Currently the arch-independent code ignores these values, while the UML code (actually it's copy_thread) gets the right values by itself. With this patch, things are fixed up. [PATCH] uml: x86_64 fixes

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
