This patch fixes it by removing unnecessasry CONFIG_DRM_AMD_DC_DCN in dc and dc/core directories. [Why] Currently there are use cases that require DP link to maintain fixed VS and PE in HW regardless of what the sink requests. BIOS integrated info table will specify whether we need to use the fixed drive settings, and the drive settings to use.
