The mode_valid field in drm_connector_helper_funcs is expected to be of type: enum drm_mode_status (* mode_valid) (struct drm_connector *connector, struct drm_display_mode *mode); The mismatched return type breaks forward edge kCFI since the underlying function definition does not match the function hook definition. The return type of imx_tve_connector_mode_valid should be changed from int to enum drm_mode_status. drm/imx/dcss: get rid of HPD warning message

When DCSS + MIPI_DSI is used, and the last bridge in the chain supports HPD, we can see a "Hot plug detection already enabled" warning stack trace dump that's thrown when DCSS is initialized. The problem appeared when HPD was enabled by default in the bridge_connector initialization, which made the drm_bridge_connector_enable_hpd() call, in DCSS init path, redundant. So, let's remove that call. drm/gem: rename struct drm_gem_dma_object.{paddr => dma_addr}

The field paddr of struct drm_gem_dma_object holds a DMA address, which might actually be a physical address. However, depending on the platform, it can also be a bus address or a virtual address managed by an IOMMU. Hence, rename the field to dma_addr, which is more applicable.
