drm/lima: avoid error task dump attempt when not enabled

Currently when users try to run an application with lima and that hits an issue such as a timeout, a message saying "fail to save task state" and "error task list is full" is shown in dmesg. The error task dump is a debug feature disabled by default, so the error task list is usually not going to be available at all. The message can be misleading and creates confusion in bug reports. We can avoid that code path and that particular message when the user has not explicitly set the max_error_tasks parameter to enable the feature. dma-buf-map: Rename to iosys-map

Rename struct dma_buf_map to struct iosys_map and corresponding APIs. Over time dma-buf-map grew up to more functionality than the one used by dma-buf: in fact it's just a shim layer to abstract system memory, that can be accessed via regular load and store, from IO memory that needs to be acessed via arch helpers. The idea is to extend this API so it can fulfill other needs, internal to a single driver. Example: in the i915 driver it's desired to share the implementation for integrated graphics, which uses mostly system memory, with discrete graphics, which may need to access IO memory. treewide: Add missing includes masked by cgroup -> bpf dependency

cgroup.h (therefore swap.h, therefore half of the universe) includes bpf.h which in turn includes module.h and slab.h. Since we're about to get rid of that dependency we need to clean things up. v2: drop the cpu.h include from cacheinfo.h, it's not necessary and it makes riscv sensitive to ordering of include files. drm: Return error codes from struct drm_driver.gem_create_object

GEM helper libraries use struct drm_driver.gem_create_object to let drivers override GEM object allocation. On failure, the call returns NULL. Change the semantics to make the calls return a pointer-encoded error. This aligns the callback with its callers. Fixes the ingenic driver, which already returns an error pointer. Also update the callers to handle the involved types more strictly.
