Spelling out _unlocked for each and every driver is a annoying. Especially if we consider how many drivers, do not know (or need to) about the horror stories involving struct_mutex. Just drop the suffix. It makes the API cleaner. drm_fb_helper_{add,remove}_one_connector() and drm_fb_helper_single_add_all_connectors() are dummy functions now and serve no purpose. Hence remove their calls. The address can refer to either physical memory or IO virtual memory. If referring to IO virtual memory, there will always be an associated physical memory address.
