None of these files are actually using any __init type directives
and hence don't need to include <linux/init.h>. Most are just a
left over from __devinit and __cpuinit removal, or simply due to
code getting copied from one driver to the next.

This patch converts the drivers in drivers/input/* to use module_pci_driver()
macro which makes the code smaller and a bit simpler.

The id_table field of the struct pci_driver is constant in <linux/pci.h>
so it makes sense to mark initialization data also constant.
