Deprecate the hexium_gemini, hexium_orion, mxb and ttpci saa7146-based drivers: these drivers do not use the vb2 framework for video streaming, instead it uses the old videobuf framework. The btcx-risc module is no longer used by other drivers except for bttv. So move it from common to bt8xx and make it part of the bttv driver instead of as a separate module. Loading the cypress firmware is not dvb specific and should be common functionality. Move the source to media/common and make it a standalone module.
