be2net: Remove useless DMA-32 fallback configuration

As stated in [1], dma_set_mask() with a 64-bit mask never fails if dev->dma_mask is non-NULL. So, if it fails, the 32 bits case will also fail for the same reason. So if dma_set_mask_and_coherent() succeeds, 'netdev->features' will have NETIF_F_HIGHDMA in all cases. Move the assignment of this feature in be_netdev_init() instead be_probe() which is a much logical place. Simplify code and remove some dead code accordingly. be2net: Use irq_update_affinity_hint()

The driver uses irq_set_affinity_hint() to update the affinity_hint mask that is consumed by the userspace to distribute the interrupts. However, under the hood irq_set_affinity_hint() also applies the provided cpumask (if not NULL) as the affinity for the given interrupt which is an undocumented side effect. To remove this side effect irq_set_affinity_hint() has been marked as deprecated and new interfaces have been introduced. Hence, replace the irq_set_affinity_hint() with the new interface irq_update_affinity_hint() that only updates the affinity_hint pointer. ethernet: constify references to netdev->dev_addr in drivers

This big patch sprinkles const on local variables and function arguments which may refer to netdev->dev_addr. Commit 406f42fa0d3c ("net-next: When a bond have a massive amount of VLANs...") introduced a rbtree for faster Ethernet address look up. To maintain netdev->dev_addr in this tree we need to make all the writes to it got through appropriate helpers. Some of the changes here are not strictly required - const is sometimes cast off but pointer is not used for writing. It seems like it's still better to add the const in case the code changes later or relevant -W flags get enabled for the build. No functional changes.
