net: drop the weight argument from netif_napi_add

We tell driver developers to always pass NAPI_POLL_WEIGHT as the weight to netif_napi_add(). This may be confusing to newcomers, drop the weight argument, those who really need to tweak the weight can use netif_napi_add_weight(). be2net: Fix buffer overflow in be_get_module_eeprom

be_cmd_read_port_transceiver_data assumes that it is given a buffer that is at least PAGE_DATA_LEN long, or twice that if the module supports SFF 8472. However, this is not always the case. Fix this by passing the desired offset and length to be_cmd_read_port_transceiver_data so that we only copy the bytes once. net: add skb_[inner_]tcp_all_headers helpers

Most drivers use "skb_transport_offset(skb) + tcp_hdrlen(skb)" to compute headers length for a TCP packet, but others use more convoluted (but equivalent) ways. be2net: Remove useless DMA-32 fallback configuration

As stated in [1], dma_set_mask() with a 64-bit mask never fails if dev->dma_mask is non-NULL. So, if it fails, the 32 bits case will also fail for the same reason. So if dma_set_mask_and_coherent() succeeds, 'netdev->features' will have NETIF_F_HIGHDMA in all cases. Move the assignment of this feature in be_netdev_init() instead be_probe() which is a much logical place. Simplify code and remove some dead code accordingly.
