KS8851 selects MICREL_PHY, which depends on PTP_1588_CLOCK_OPTIONAL, so
make KS8851 also depend on PTP_1588_CLOCK_OPTIONAL.

Fixes kconfig warning and build errors:

KS8851_MLL selects MICREL_PHY, which depends on PTP_1588_CLOCK_OPTIONAL,
so make KS8851_MLL also depend on PTP_1588_CLOCK_OPTIONAL since
'select' does not follow any dependency chains.

Fixes kconfig warning and build errors:

the function netif_rx() can be used in preemptible/thread context as
well as in interrupt context.

Use netif_rx().

<title>spi: make remove callback a void function</title>

The value returned by an spi driver's remove function is mostly ignored.
(Only an error message is printed if the value is non-zero that the
error is ignored.)

So change the prototype of the remove function to return no value. This
way driver authors are not tempted to assume that passing an error to
the upper layer is a good idea. All drivers are adapted accordingly.
There is no intended change of behaviour, all callbacks were prepared to
return 0 before.

Because platform_get_irq() could fail and return error irq.
Therefore, it might be better to check it if order to avoid the use of
error irq.

Commit 406f42fa0d3c ("net-next: When a bond have a massive amount

Up to now ks8851_remove_common() returns zero unconditionally. Make it
return void instead which makes it easier to see in the callers that
there is no error to handle.

Also the return value of platform and spi remove callbacks is ignored
anyway.
