The prandom_bytes() function has been a deprecated inline wrapper around get_random_bytes() for several releases now, and compiles down to the exact same code. Replace the deprecated wrapper with a direct call to the real function. This was done as a basic find and replace. net: drop the weight argument from netif_napi_add

We tell driver developers to always pass NAPI_POLL_WEIGHT as the weight to netif_napi_add(). This may be confusing to newcomers, drop the weight argument, those who really need to tweak the weight can use netif_napi_add_weight(). ethernet: rocker: fix sleep in atomic context bug in neigh_timer_handler

The function neigh_timer_handler() is a timer handler that runs in an atomic context. When used by rocker, neigh_timer_handler() calls "kzalloc(.., GFP_KERNEL)" that may sleep. As a result, the sleep in atomic context bug will happen. rocker: fix a sleeping in atomic bug
