net: drop the weight argument from netif_napi_add

We tell driver developers to always pass NAPI_POLL_WEIGHT as the weight to netif_napi_add(). This may be confusing to newcomers, drop the weight argument, those who really need to tweak the weight can use netif_napi_add_weight(). tehuti: Use dma_set_mask_and_coherent() and simplify code

Use dma_set_mask_and_coherent() instead of unrolling it with some dma_set_mask()+dma_set_coherent_mask(). Moreover, as stated in [1], dma_set_mask_and_coherent() with a 64-bit mask will never fail if dev->dma_mask is non-NULL. So, if it fails, the 32 bits case will also fail for the same reason. That said, 'pci_using_dac' can only be 1 after a successful dma_set_mask_and_coherent(). Simplify code and remove some dead code accordingly. Commit 406f42fa0d3c ("net-next: When a bond have a massive amount of VLANs...") introduced a rbtree for faster Ethernet address look up. To maintain netdev->dev_addr in this tree we need to make all the writes to it got through appropriate helpers. Break the address up into an array on the stack, then call eth_hw_addr_set(). Convert all Ethernet drivers from memcpy(... dev->addr_len) to eth_hw_addr_set(): @@ expression dev, np; @@ - memcpy(dev->dev_addr, np, dev->addr_len) + eth_hw_addr_set(dev, np) In theory addr_len may not be ETH_ALEN, but we don't expect non-Ethernet devices to live under this directory, and only the following cases of setting addr_len exist: - cxgb4 for mgmt device, and the drivers which set it to ETH_ALEN: s2io, mlx4, vxge. drivers/net/ethernet: clean up mis-targeted comments

As part of the W=1 cleanups for ethernet, a million [*] driver comments had to be cleaned up to get the W=1 compilation to succeed. This change finally makes the drivers/net/ethernet tree compile with W=1 set on the command line. NOTE: The kernel uses kdoc style (see Documentation/process/kernel-doc.rst) when documenting code, not doxygen or other styles. After this patch the x86_64 build has no warnings from W=1, however scripts/kernel-doc says there are 1545 more warnings in source files, that I need to develop a script to fix in a followup patch.
