Another incarnation of Z8530, looks like? Again, no real changes
in the git history, and it needs VIRT_TO_BUS. Unlikely to have
users, let's spend less time refactoring dead code...

<title>dmascc: add CONFIG_VIRT_TO_BUS dependency</title>

Many architectures don't define virt_to_bus() any more, as drivers
should be using the dma-mapping interfaces where possible:

In file included from drivers/net/hamradio/dmascc.c:27:
drivers/net/hamradio/dmascc.c: In function 'tx_on':
drivers/net/hamradio/dmascc.c:976:30: error: implicit declaration of function 'virt_to_bus'; did you mean 'virt_to_fix'? [-Werror=implicit-function-declaration]
  976 |                              virt_to_bus(priv-&gt;tx_buf[priv-&gt;tx_tail]) + n);
      |                              ^~~~~~~~~~~
arch/arm/include/asm/dma.h:109:52: note: in definition of macro 'set_dma_addr'
  109 |         __set_dma_addr(chan, (void *)__bus_to_virt(addr))
      |                                                    ^~~~

Add the Kconfig dependency to prevent this from being built on
architectures without virt_to_bus().

Fixes: bc1abb9e55ce ("dmascc: use proper 'virt_to_bus()' rather than casting to 'int'")

<title>treewide: replace '---help---' in Kconfig files with 'help'</title>

Since commit 84af7a6194e4 ("checkpatch: kconfig: prefer 'help' over
'---help---'"), the number of '---help---' has been gradually
decreasing, but there are still more than 2400 instances.

This commit finishes the conversion. While I touched the lines,
I also fixed the indentation.

There are a variety of indentation styles found.

  a) 4 spaces + '---help---'
  b) 7 spaces + '---help---'
  c) 8 spaces + '---help---'
  d) 1 space + 1 tab + '---help---'
  e) 1 tab + '---help---'    (correct indentation)
  f) 1 tab + 1 space + '---help---'
  g) 1 tab + 2 spaces + '---help---'

In order to convert all of them to 1 tab + 'help', I ran the
following commend:

  $ find . -name 'Kconfig*' | xargs sed -i 's/^[[:space:]]*---help---/\thelp/'

<title>tty: Added a CONFIG_TTY option to allow removal of TTY</title>

The option allows you to remove TTY and compile without errors. This
saves space on systems that won't support TTY interfaces anyway.
bloat-o-meter output is below.

The bulk of this patch consists of Kconfig changes adding "depends on
TTY" to various serial devices and similar drivers that require the TTY
layer. Ideally, these dependencies would occur on a common intermediate
symbol such as SERIO, but most drivers "select SERIO" rather than
"depends on SERIO", and "select" does not respect dependencies.

bloat-o-meter output comparing our previous minimal to new minimal by
removing TTY. The list is filtered to not show removed entries with awk
'$3 != "-"' as the list was very long.
