spi: make remove callback a void function

The value returned by an spi driver's remove function is mostly ignored. (Only an error message is printed if the value is non-zero that the error is ignored.) So change the prototype of the remove function to return no value. This way driver authors are not tempted to assume that passing an error to the upper layer is a good idea. All drivers are adapted accordingly. There is no intended change of behaviour, all callbacks were prepared to return 0 before. intersil: Use struct_group() for memcpy() region

In preparation for FORTIFY_SOURCE performing compile-time and run-time field bounds checking for memcpy(), memmove(), and memset(), avoid intentionally writing across neighboring fields. Use struct_group() in struct hfa384x_tx_frame around members frame_control, duration_id, addr1, addr2, addr3, and seq_ctrl, so they can be referenced together. This will allow memcpy() and sizeof() to more easily reason about sizes, improve readability, and avoid future warnings about writing beyond the end of frame_control. "pahole" shows no size nor member offset changes to struct hfa384x_tx_frame. "objdump -d" shows no object code changes. mac80211: Use memset_after() to clear tx status

In preparation for FORTIFY_SOURCE performing compile-time and run-time field bounds checking for memset(), avoid intentionally writing across neighboring fields. Use memset_after() so memset() doesn't get confused about writing beyond the destination member that is intended to be the starting point of zeroing through the end of the struct. Additionally fix the common helper, ieee80211_tx_info_clear_status(), which was not clearing ack_signal, but the open-coded versions did. Johannes Berg points out this bug was introduced by commit e3e1a0bcb3f1 ("mac80211: reduce IEEE80211_TX_MAX_RATES") but was harmless. Also drops the associated unneeded BUILD_BUG_ON()s, and adds a note to carl9170 about usage.
