Pull SCSI updates from James Bottomley:
 "This series consists of the usual driver updates (qla2xxx, pm8001,
  libsas, smartpqi, scsi_debug, lpfc, iscsi, mpi3mr) plus minor updates
  and bug fixes.

  The high blast radius core update is the removal of write same, which
  affects block and several non-SCSI devices. The other big change,
  which is more local, is the removal of the SCSI pointer"

<title>treewide: Replace zero-length arrays with flexible-array members</title>

There is a regular need in the kernel to provide a way to declare
having a dynamically sized set of trailing elements in a structure.
Kernel code should always use “flexible array members”[1] for these
cases. The older style of one-element or zero-length arrays should
no longer be used[2].

This code was transformed with the help of Coccinelle:
(next-20220214$ spatch --jobs $(getconf _NPROCESSORS_ONLN) --sp-file script.cocci --include-headers --dir . &gt; output.patch)

type T1, T2;

struct S {

  T1 member;
  T2 array[

};

UAPI and wireless changes were intentionally excluded from this patch
and will be sent out separately.

dma_alloc_coherent() ignores the zone specifiers so this is pointless and
confusing.

<title>scsi: elx: Use 'bitmap_zalloc()' when applicable</title>

'sli4-&gt;ext[i].use_map' is a bitmap. Use 'bitmap_zalloc()' to simplify code,
improve the semantic and avoid some open-coded arithmetic in allocator
arguments.

Also change the corresponding 'kfree()' into 'bitmap_free()' to keep
consistency.

results in 0.
