With Broadcom Broadband arch ARCH_BCMBCA supported in the kernel, this
patch series migrate the ARCH_BCM4908 symbol to ARCH_BCMBCA. Hence
replace ARCH_BCM4908 with ARCH_BCMBCA in subsystem Kconfig files.

<title>soc: bcm: Check for NULL return of devm_kzalloc()</title>

As the potential failure of allocation, devm_kzalloc() may return NULL. Then
the 'pd-&gt;pmb' and the follow lines of code may bring null pointer dereference.

Therefore, it is better to check the return value of devm_kzalloc() to avoid
this confusion.

PMB originally comes from BCM63138 but can be also found on many other
chipsets (e.g. BCM4908). It's needed to power on and off SoC blocks like
PCIe, SATA, USB.
