Staging: hv: storvsc: Move the storage driver out of the staging area

The storage driver (storvsc_drv.c) handles all block storage devices assigned to Linux guests hosted on Hyper-V. This driver has been in the staging tree for a while and this patch moves it out of the staging area. James was willing to apply this patch during the 3.3-rc phase and a decision was taken to defer this to 3.4 since Greg had queued up a bunch of storvsc patches for 3.4. Now that Greg has applied all of the pending storvsc patches, I am sending this patch to move this driver out of staging. Convert vmbus driver interface function pointer table to constant The vmbus interface functions are assigned to a constant - vmbus_ops. Because the vmbus interface function pointer table is converted to a constant variable -- vmbus_ops, the function GetChannelInterface(), VmbusGetChannelInterface() and pointer GetChannelInterface are no longer in use. The deprecated function's work is done by the initialization of the newly added constant variable vmbus_ops. I created the new constant variable vmbus_ops and removed the deprecated function pointer GetChannelInterface in one patch. Remove Ringbuffer work line item from TODO file. The ring buffer in the Hyper-V Linux drivers is used to communicate with the parent partition running Windows Server 2008 Hyper-V. The ring buffer functionality on the Hyper-V Linux drivers is written to be functionally compatible with the ring buffer functionality on the Hyper-V Server. Consequently, it is not possible to make any changes that might break the compatibility with server side ring buffer implementation.
