The sm750 driver in staging has no future as new framebuffer driver
will not be added to fbdev anymore. A drm driver is being prepared, and
the details added to the TODO file. This sm750fb driver will be removed
as soon as the drm driver is ready. Also, remove my old email.

fbdev is closed for new drivers, drm won't take anything but atomic
drivers.

If image-&gt;depth != 1, lynxfb_ops_imageblit() should fallback to call
cfb_imageblit(), not return directly. Otherwise it can't display the
boot logo.

sm750 of Silicon Motion is pci-e display controller device and has
features like dual display and 2D acceleration. This patch adds the
driver to staging.
