We have been using Makefile for well over a decade now, use that name
instead of Kbuild.

Also, while moving the file, add the proper SPDX identifier at the top
of it.

For all modules, change &lt;module&gt;-objs to &lt;module&gt;-y; remove
if-statements and replace with lists using the kbuild idiom; move
flags to the top of the file; and fix alignment while trying to
maintain the original scheme in each file.

None of the dependencies are modified.

<title>wusb: add debug files for ASL, PZL and DI to the whci-hcd driver</title>

Add asl, pzl and di debugfs files to uwb/uwbN/wusbhc for WHCI host
controller.  These dump the current ASL, PZL and DI buffer.

A driver for Wireless USB host controllers that comply with the
Wireless Host Controller Interface (HCI) specification as published by
Intel.

The latest publically available version of the specification (0.95) is
supported (except for isochronous transfers).
