freevxfs: Convert vxfs_immed_read_folio() to use a folio

Reorganise the file to remove the forward declaration. Use folios throughout vxfs_immed_read_folio(). Use memcpy_to_page() instead of an open-coded kmap()/kunmap(). When I wrote the freevxfs driver I had some odd choice of licensing statements, the options are either GPL (without version) or an odd BSD-ish licensense with advertising clause. The GPL vs always meant to be the same as the kernel, that is version 2 only, and the odd BSD-ish license doesn't make much sense. fs: Fill in max and min timestamps in superblock

Fill in the appropriate limits to avoid inconsistencies in the vfs cached inode times when timestamps are outside the permitted range.
