ocfs2: remove usage of list iterator variable after the loop body

To move the list iterator variable into the list_for_each_entry_*() macro in the future it should be avoided to use the list iterator variable after the loop body. To *never* use the list iterator variable after the loop it was concluded to use a separate iterator variable [1]. ocfs2: replace usage of found with dedicated list iterator variable

To move the list iterator variable into the list_for_each_entry_*() macro in the future it should be avoided to use the list iterator variable after the loop body. To *never* use the list iterator variable after the loop it was concluded to use a separate iterator variable instead of a found boolean [1]. This removes the need to use a found variable and simply checking if the variable was set, can determine if the break/goto was hit. treewide: remove editor modelines and cruft

The section "19) Editor modelines and other cruft" in Documentation/process/coding-style.rst clearly says, "Do not include any of these in source files." I recently receive a patch to explicitly add a new one. Let's do treewide cleanups, otherwise some people follow the existing code and attempt to upstream their favoriate editor setups. It is even nicer if scripts/checkpatch.pl can check it. If we like to impose coding style in an editor-independent manner, I think editorconfig (patch [1]) is a saner solution.
