The existing code uses pm_runtime_get_sync/put_autosuspend, but pm_runtime was not explicitly enabled. The autosuspend delay was not set either, the value is set to 5s since HDMI is rather painful to resume. ALSA: intel_hdmi: Fix the missing snd_card_free() call at probe error

The previous cleanup with devres may lead to the incorrect release orders at the probe error handling due to the devres's nature. Until we register the card, snd_card_free() has to be called at first for releasing the stuff properly when the driver tries to manage and release the stuff via card->private_free(). This patch fixes it by calling snd_card_free() on the error from the probe callback using a new helper function. ALSA: x86: Use standard mmap helper for Intel HDMI LPE audio

Intel HDMI LPE audio driver has its own mmap callback that mimics with the noncached page attributes, but this is rather superfluous and can be replaced with the standard helper, as the device is only for playback and the write-cache should suffice. PCM buffers might be allocated dynamically when the buffer preallocation failed or a larger buffer is requested, and it's not guaranteed that substream->dma_buffer points to the actually used buffer. The driver needs to refer to substream->runtime->dma_addr instead for the buffer address.
