This is to align with kunit's terminology.

Rather than export test functions, export the test struct. Rename with a
suite__ prefix to avoid name collisions.

Committer notes:

Its '&suite__vectors_page', not '&suite__vectors_pages', noticed when
cross building to arm (32-bit).

By switching to an array of pointers to tests (later to be suites)
the definition of the tests can be moved to the file containing the
tests.

Committer notes:

It's "&vectors_page", not "&vectors_pages", noticed when cross building
to 32-bit ARM.

Also the DEFINE_SUITE(vectors_page) should be done where its function is
implemented, in tools/perf/arch/arm/tests/vectors-page.c, so that we can
make it static, as we don't have anymore its declaration in tests.h.

And update linux/linkage.h, which requires in turn that we make these
files switch from ENTRY()/ENDPROC() to SYM_FUNC_START()/SYM_FUNC_END():

 tools/perf/arch/arm64/tests/regs_load.S
 tools/perf/arch/arm/tests/regs_load.S
 tools/perf/arch/powerpc/tests/regs_load.S
 tools/perf/arch/x86/tests/regs_load.S

We also need to switch SYM_FUNC_START_LOCAL() to SYM_FUNC_START() for
the functions used directly by 'perf bench', and update
tools/perf/check_headers.sh to ignore those changes when checking if the
kernel original files drifted from the copies we carry.

This is to get the changes from:

 6dcc5627f6ae ("x86/asm: Change all ENTRY+ENDPROC to SYM_FUNC_*")
ef1e03152cb0 ("x86/asm: Make some functions local")
 e9b9d020c487 ("x86/asm: Annotate aliases")

And address these tools/perf build warnings:

Warning: Kernel ABI header at 'tools/arch/x86/lib/memcpy_64.S' differs from latest version at 'arch/x86/lib/memcpy_64.S'
 diff -u tools/arch/x86/lib/memcpy_64.S arch/x86/lib/memcpy_64.S

And pick the shortest name: 'struct maps'.

The split existed because we used to have two groups of maps, one for
functions and one for variables, but that only complicated things,
sometimes we needed to figure out what was at some address and then had
to first try it on the functions group and if that failed, fall back to
the variables one.

That split is long gone, so for quite a while we had only one struct
maps per struct map_groups, simplify things by combining those structs.

First patch is the minimum needed to merge both, follow up patches will
rename 'thread->mg' to 'thread->maps', etc.

Rename build libperf to perf, because it's used to build perf.

The libperf build object name will be used for libperf library.

perf on ARM requires CONFIG_KUSER_HELPERS to be turned on to allow some
independance with respect to the ARM CPU being used. Add a test which
tries to locate the [vectors] page, created when CONFIG_KUSER_HELPERS is
turned on to help asses the system's health.
