Moving QUIET_(CLEAN|INSTAL) variables into:

Factoring make install tests to check for multiple files. Adding default
set of installed files for install and install_bin tests.
Putting the 'test' line into the log file instead to the screen as it
gets more complex now.
If the tests fails to find a file, following message is displayed:
$ make -f tests/make make_install_bin
- make_install_bin: cd . && make -f Makefile DESTDIR=/tmp/tmp.nCVuQoSHaJ install-bin
failed to find: bin/perf

Its a local struct and the functions use the __ separator from the class
name to the method name, so its unlikely that this will clash with other
namespaces.

1. Since all callers either test if it is less than zero or assign its
result to an int variable, convert it from ssize_t to int;
2. There is just one use for the 'session' variable, so use rec->session
directly instead;
3. No need to store the result of perf_data_file__write, since that
result is either 'size' or -1, the later making the error result to
be stored in 'errno' and accessed thru printf's %m in the pr_err
call.

The pevent_filter_strerror() function is for receiving actual error
message from pevent_errno value. To do that, add a static buffer to
event_filter for saving internal error message
If a failed function saved other information in the static buffer
returns the information, otherwise returns generic error message.

The commit 09600e0f9ebb ("perf tools: Compare dso's also when comparing
symbols") added a comparison of dso when comparing symbol.
But if the sort key already has dso, it doesn't need to do it again
since entries have a different dso already filtered out.

If a hist entry doesn't have symbol information, compare it with its
address. Currently it only compares its level or whether it's NULL.
This can lead to an undesired result like an overhead exceeds 100%
especially when callchain accumulation is enabled by later patch.

- Add backtrace support to CPU info

. Rename some struct DSO binary_type related members and methods,

It was called "data_type", but in this context "data" is way too vague,
it could mean the "data" ELF segment, or something else.
Since we have dso__read_binary_type_filename() and the values this field
receives are all DSO__BINARY_TYPE_<FOO> we may as well call it
"binary_type" for consistency sake.
It also seems more appropriate since it determines if we can do
operations like annotation and DWARF unwinding, that needs more than
just the symtab, requiring access to ELF text segments, CFI ELF
sections, etc.

Vince Weaver reports that, on all architectures apart from ARM,
PERF_EVENT_IOC_PERIOD doesn't actually update the period until the next
event fires. This is counter-intuitive behaviour and is better dealt
with in the core code.
This patch ensures that the period is forcefully reset when dealing with
such a request in the core code. A subsequent patch removes the
equivalent hack from the ARM back-end.

Move debugfs.* to api/fs/. We have a common tools/lib/api/ place where
the Makefile lives and then we place the headers in subdirs.
For example, all the fs-related stuff goes to tools/lib/api/fs/ from
which we get libapikfs.a (acme got almost the naming he wanted :-)) and
we link it into the tools which need it - in this case perf and
tools/vm/page-types.

directly to the .o files, avoiding the .a file altogether.
But that is just an optimization/finer granularity tools/lib/
cherrypicking that toolers can make use of."
Fixup documentation cleaning target while at it.

For NUMA systems, initializing the blk-mq layer and using per node hctx.
We initialize submit queues to 1, while blk-mq nr_hw_queues is
initialized to the number of NUMA nodes.
This makes the null_init_hctx function overwrite memory outside of what
it allocated. In my case it lead to writing garbage into struct
request_queue's mq_map.

Since commit ec39f64bba34 ("drm/radeon/dpm: Convert to use
devm_hwmon_register_with_groups") radeon_hwmon_init() is using
hwmon_device_register_with_groups(), which sets `rdev' as a device
private driver_data, while hwmon_attributes_visible() and
radeon_hwmon_show_temp_thresh() are still waiting for `drm_device'.
Fix them by using dev_get_drvdata(), in order to avoid this oops:

figure out why it breaks things.
2) Fix comparison in netfilter ipset's hash_netnet4_data_equal(), it

3) Freescale FEC driver was DMA mapping the wrong number of bytes, from

4) Blackhole and prohibit routes in ipv6 were not doing the right thing
because their ->input and ->output methods were not being assigned
correctly. Now they behave properly like their ipv4 counterparts.

Tom London reports that it causes sync() to hang on Fedora rawhide:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1033965
and Josh Boyer bisected it down to this commit. Reverting the commit in
the rawhide kernel fixes the problem.
Eric Paris root-caused it to incorrect subtype matching in that commit
breaking fuse, and has a tentative patch, but by now we're better off
retrying this in 3.14 rather than playing with it any more.

This patch changes the igb_phy_has_link function to check the value of the
parameter before deciding to use udelay or mdelay in order to be sure that
the value is not too high for udelay function.
