Add support for auxiliary displays, the ks0108 LCD controller, the cfag12864b LCD and adds a framebuffer device: cfag12864bfb. - Add a "auxdisplay/" folder in "drivers/" for auxiliary display drivers. - Add support for the ks0108 LCD Controller as a device driver. I've been using systemtap for some debugging and I noticed that it can't probe a lot of modules. Turns out it's kind of silly, the sections section of /sys/module is limited to 32byte filenames and many of the actual sections are a a bit longer than that. Add support for the Arc monochrome LCD board. The board uses KS108 controllers to drive individual 64x64 LCD matrices.
