Pull powerpc updates from Michael Ellerman:
"This is a bit late, partly due to me travelling, and partly due to a
power outage knocking out some of my test systems *while* I was
travelling.
- Initial support for running on a system with an Ultravisor, which
is software that runs below the hypervisor and protects guests
against some attacks by the hypervisor.
- Support for building the kernel to run as a "Secure Virtual
Machine", ie. as a guest capable of running on a system with an
Ultravisor.
- Some changes to our DMA code on bare metal, to allow devices with
medium sized DMA masks (> 32 && < 59 bits) to use more than 2GB of
DMA space.
- Support for firmware assisted crash dumps on bare metal (powernv).
- Two series fixing bugs in and refactoring our PCI EEH code.
- A large series refactoring our exception entry code to use gas
macros, both to make it more readable and also enable some future
optimisations.
As well as many cleanups and other minor features & fixups.

Commit 5aa068ea4082 ("printk: remove games with previous record flags")
abolished the practice of setting the log flag to 'c' for the first
continuation line and '+' for subsequent lines. Now all continuation
lines are flagged with 'c' and '+' is never used.
Update the 'dev-kmsg' documentation to remove the reference to the
obsolete '+' flag. In addition, state explicitly that only 8 bits of the
<N> syslog prefix are used for the facility number when writing to
/dev/kmsg.

This patch introduces userclock sysfs interfaces for AFU, user

Please note that, this is only working for port header feature

to a separated private feature, so one revision sysfs interface
is exposed to userspace application for this purpose too.

Expose kernel's BTF under the name vmlinux to be more uniform with using

Make .BTF section allocated and expose its contents through sysfs.
/sys/kernel/btf directory is created to contain all the BTFs present
inside kernel. Currently there is only kernel's main BTF, represented as
/sys/kernel/btf/kernel file. Once kernel modules' BTFs are supported,
each module will expose its BTF as /sys/kernel/btf/<module-name> file.
Current approach relies on a few pieces coming together:
1. pahole is used to take almost final vmlinux image (modulo .BTF and
kallsyms) and generate .BTF section by converting DWARF info into
BTF. This section is not allocated and not mapped to any segment,
though, so is not yet accessible from inside kernel at runtime.
2. objcopy dumps .BTF contents into binary file and subsequently
convert binary file into linkable object file with automatically
generated symbols _binary__btf_kernel_bin_start and
_binary__btf_kernel_bin_end, pointing to start and end, respectively,
of BTF raw data.
3. final vmlinux image is generated by linking this object file (and
kallsyms, if necessary). sysfs_btf.c then creates
/sys/kernel/btf/kernel file and exposes embedded BTF contents through
it. This allows, e.g., libbpf and bpftool access BTF info at
well-known location, without resorting to searching for vmlinux image
on disk (location of which is not standardized and vmlinux image
might not be even available in some scenarios, e.g., inside qemu
during testing).
Alternative approach using .incbin assembler directive to embed BTF
contents directly was attempted but didn't work, because sysfs_proc.o is
not re-compiled during link-vmlinux.sh stage. This is required, though,
to update embedded BTF data (initially empty data is embedded, then
pahole generates BTF info and we need to regenerate sysfs_btf.o with
updated contents, but it's too late at that point).
If BTF couldn't be generated due to missing or too old pahole,
sysfs_btf.c handles that gracefully by detecting that
_binary__btf_kernel_bin_start (weak symbol) is 0 and not creating
/sys/kernel/btf at all.
v2->v3:
- added Documentation/ABI/testing/sysfs-kernel-btf (Greg K-H);
- created proper kobject (btf_kobj) for btf directory (Greg K-H);
- undo v2 change of reusing vmlinux, as it causes extra kallsyms pass
due to initially missing __binary__btf_kernel_bin_{start/end} symbols;
v1->v2:
- allow kallsyms stage to re-use vmlinux generated by gen_btf();

System firmware advertises the address of the 'Runtime
Configuration Interface table version 2 (RCI2)' via
an EFI Configuration Table entry. This code retrieves the RCI2
table from the address and exports it to sysfs as a binary
attribute 'rci2' under /sys/firmware/efi/tables directory.
The approach adopted is similar to the attribute 'DMI' under
/sys/firmware/dmi/tables.
RCI2 table contains BIOS HII in XML format and is used to populate
BIOS setup page in Dell EMC OpenManage Server Administrator tool.
The BIOS setup page contains BIOS tokens which can be configured.

Introduces a concept of external buffers, which is a mechanism for creating
trace sinks that would receive trace data from MSC buffers and transfer it
elsewhere.
A external buffer can implement its own window allocation/deallocation if
it has to. It must provide a callback that's used to notify it when a
window fills up, so that it can then start a DMA transaction from that
window 'elsewhere'. This window remains in a 'locked' state and won't be
used for storing new trace data until the buffer 'unlocks' it with a
provided API call, at which point the window can be used again for storing
trace data.
This relies on a functional "last block" interrupt, so not all versions of
Trace Hub can use this feature, which does not reflect on existing users.

The Asus WMI spec indicates that the function being controlled here
is called "Fan Boost Mode". The user-facing documentation also calls it
this.
The spec uses the term "fan mode" is used to refer to other things,
including functionality expected to appear on future products.
We missed this before as we are not dealing with the most readable of
specs, and didn't forsee any confusion around shortening the name.
Rename "fan mode" to "fan boost mode" to improve consistency with the
spec and to avoid a future naming conflict.
There is no interface breakage here since this has yet to be included
in an official kernel release. I also updated the kernel version listed
under ABI accordingly.

cover this case.
- Touchscreen on Chuwi Hi10 Plus tablet has been enabled. Meanwhile

Pull driver core and debugfs updates from Greg KH:
"Here is the "big" driver core and debugfs changes for 5.3-rc1
It's a lot of different patches, all across the tree due to some api
changes and lots of debugfs cleanups.
Other than the debugfs cleanups, in this set of changes we have:
- bus iteration function cleanups
- scripts/get_abi.pl tool to display and parse Documentation/ABI
entries in a simple way
- cleanups to Documenatation/ABI/ entries to make them parse easier
due to typos and other minor things
- default_attrs use for some ktype users
- driver model documentation file conversions to .rst
- compressed firmware file loading
- deferred probe fixes
All of these have been in linux-next for a while, with a bunch of
merge issues that Stephen has been patient with me for"
