2019-05-27dt-bindings: add more optional properties for elan_i2c touchpadsBenjamin Tissoires1-0/+11
Some new touchpads IC are connected through PS/2 and I2C. On some of these new IC, the I2C part doesn't have all of the information available. We need to be able to forward the touchpad parameters from PS/2 and thus, we need those new optional properties. 2018-07-25dt-bindings: remove 'interrupt-parent' from bindingsRob Herring1-2/+0
'interrupt-parent' is often documented as part of define bindings, but it is really outside the scope of a device binding. It's never required in a given node as it is often inherited from a parent node. Or it can be implicit if a parent node is an 'interrupt-controller' node. So remove it from all the binding files. 2018-05-23Input: elan_i2c - add trackstick reportBenjamin Tissoires1-0/+1
The Elan touchpads over I2C/SMBus also can handle a trackstick. Unfortunately, nothing tells us if the device supports trackstick (the information lies in the PS/2 node), so rely on device properties to determine whether to enable the trackstick node.
