Armada CP110 PCIe controller can have from one to four PHYs for
configuring SERDES lanes (PCIe x1, PCIe x2 or PCIe x4). Describe the
phys and phy-names properties in the bindings.

On Armada 7K/8K we need to explicitly enable the register clock. This
clock is optional because not all the SoCs using this IP need it but at
least for Armada 7K/8K it is actually mandatory.
The binding documentation is updated accordingly.

Pretty much any node can have a status property, so it doesn't need to
be in examples.
Converted with the following command and removed examples with SoC and
board specific splits:
