2018-01-08power: reset: remove unused imx-snvs-poweroff driverDong Aisheng1-23/+0
There's no user of it in kernel now and it basically functions the same as the generic syscon-poweroff.c to which we have already switched. So let's remove it. 2017-11-09dt-bindings: Remove leading zeros from bindings notationMarco Franchi2-3/+3
Improve the binding example by removing all the leading zeros to fix the following dtc warnings: Warning (unit_address_format): Node /XXX unit name should not have leading 0s Converted using the following command: perl -p -i -e 's/\@0+([0-9a-f])/\@$1/g' `find ./Documentation/devicetree/bindings "*.txt"` Some unnecessary changes were manually fixed. 2017-09-05dt-bindings: Remove "status" from examplesRob Herring1-1/+0
Pretty much any node can have a status property, so it doesn't need to be in examples. Converted with the following command and removed examples with SoC and board specific splits: git grep -l -E 'status.*=.*' Documentation/devicetree/ | xargs sed -i -E '/\sstatus.*=.*"(disabled|ok|okay)/d' Acked-by: Mark Rutland <mark.rutland@arm.com> Signed-off-by: Rob Herring <robh@kernel.org>

2017-04-14power: reset: syscon-poweroff: add a mask propertyGuy Shapiro1-2/+9
Make the syscon-poweroff driver accept value and mask instead of just value. Prior to this patch, the property name for the value was 'mask'. If only the mask property is defined on a node, maintain compatibility by using it as the value. 2016-09-19power: reset: st: Remove obsolete platforms from dt docPeter Griffin1-3/+4
This patch removes support for STiH415/6 SoC's from the st-restart dt binding documentation, as support for these platforms is being removed from the kernel. 2016-08-11power/supply: unify DT documentationSebastian Reichel5-0/+84
Currently the power supply device tree documentation is spread in .../bindings/power_supply and .../bindings/power. This unifies the files for chargers and battery fuel gauges in .../bindings/power/supply and the ones for system reset/shutdown in .../bindings/power/reset (same structure as used for the drivers itself). 2014-05-27Documentation: dt: add bindings for keystone reset driverIvan Khoronzhuk1-0/+67
This node is intended to allow SoC reset in case of software reset or appropriate watchdogs. The Keystone SoCs can contain up to 4 watchdog timers to reset SoC. Each watchdog timer event input is connected to the Reset Mux block. The Reset Mux block can be configured to cause reset or not. Additionally soft or hard reset can be configured.
