Convert DWC2 bindings to DT schema format using json-schema.
DWC2 is widely use but a couple of compatibles and properties
(vusb_d-supply,vusb_a-supply) were missing in dwc2.txt, the
patch add them.

We have TI's glue layer for the Cadence USB3 controller going
upstream. Tegra's XUDC driver is also going upstream with this pull
request.
Apart from these two big features, we have a bunch of patches switching
over to devm_platform_ioremap_resource() in order to simplify code a
little; and a non-critical fix for DWC3 usage via kexec.

The Allwinner SoCs have an mUSB controller that is supported in Linux, with
a matching Device Tree binding.
Now that we have the DT validation in place, let's convert the device tree
bindings for that controller over to a YAML schemas.

While the original bindings that were superseeded by the YAML schemas
didn't mention that phy-names was needed, it turns out that phy-names is
required if phys is set according to phy/phy-bindings.txt.
Let's add back those properties.

It's used to support dual role switch via GPIO when use Type-B
receptacle, typically the USB ID pin is connected to an input
GPIO, and also used to enable/disable device when the USB Vbus
pin is connected to an input GPIO.

For consistency with the naming of (most) other documentation files for DT
bindings for Renesas IP blocks rename the Renesas USB3.0 peripheral
documentation file from renesas,usb3.txt to renesas,usb3-peri.txt
This refines a recent rename from renesas_usb3.txt to renesas,usb3.txt.
The motivation is to more accurately reflect the IP block documented in
this file.

Commit 69bec7259853 ("USB: core: let USB device know device node") added
support for attaching devicetree node for USB devices. Those nodes are
children of their USB host controller. However Exynos EHCI and OHCI
driver bindings already define child-nodes for each physical root hub
port and assigns respective PHY controller and parameters to them. This
leads to the conflict. A workaround for it has been merged as commit
01d4071486fe ("usb: exynos: add workaround for the USB device bindings
conflict"), but it disabled support for USB device binding for Exynos
EHCI/OHCI controllers.
To resolve it properly, lets move PHYs from the sub-nodes to a standard
array under the 'phys' property.

This reverts commit 3342ce35a1, as there is no need for this separate
property and it breaks compatibility with existing devicetree files
(arch/arm64/boot/dts/freescale/imx8mq.dtsi).

Pull Devicetree updates from Rob Herring:
- DT binding schema examples are now validated against the schemas.
Various examples are fixed due to that.
- Sync dtc with upstream version v1.5.0-30-g702c1b6c0e73
- Initial schemas for networking bindings. This includes ethernet, phy
and mdio common bindings with several Allwinner and stmmac converted
to the schema.
- Conversion of more Arm top-level SoC/board bindings to DT schema
- Conversion of PSCI binding to DT schema
- Rework Arm CPU schema to coexist with other CPU schemas
- Add a bunch of missing vendor prefixes and new ones for SoChip,

The example of the EHCI binding generates a bunch of warnings now that the
examples are validated too.
Most notably, phy-names isn't used at all, and the node name should be USB.

Some SoCs with a dwc2 USB controller may need to keep the PHY on to
support remote wakeup. Allow specifying this as a device tree
property.
