eDP panels generally contain almost everything needed to control them
in their EDID. This comes from their DP heritage were a computer needs
to be able to properly control pretty much any DP display that's
plugged into it.
The one big issue with eDP panels and the reason that we need a panel
driver for them is that the power sequencing can be different per
panel.
While it is true that eDP panel sequencing can be arbitrarily complex,
in practice it turns out that many eDP panels are compatible with just
some slightly different delays. See the contents of the bindings file
introduced in this patch for some details.
The fact that eDP panels are 99% probable and that the power
sequencing (especially power up) can be compatible between many panels
means that there's a constant desire to plug multiple different panels
into the same board. This could be for second sourcing purposes or to
support multiple SKUs (maybe a 11" and a 13", for instance).
As discussed [1], it should be OK to support this by adding two
properties to the device tree to specify the delays needed for
powering up the panel the first time. We'll create a new "edp-panel"
bindings file and define the two delays that might need to be
specified. NOTE: in the vast majority of the cases (HPD is hooked up
and isn't glitchy or is debounced) even these delays aren't needed.

Current ntfs3 rst documentation is broken. I turn table to list table as
this is current Linux documentation quide line. Simple table also did
not quite work in our situation as we need to span rows together.
It still look quite good as text so we did not loss anything. This will
also make diffing quite bit more pleasure.

Earlier as part of series [0], support for ADMAIF and I/O modules (such
as I2S, DMIC and DSPK) was added. This series aims at exposing some of
the AHUB internal modules (listed below), which can be used for audio
pre or post processing.
* SFC (Sampling Frequency Converter)
* MVC (Master Volume Control)
* AMX (Audio Multiplexer)
* ADX (Audio Demultiplexer)
* Mixer
These modules can be plugged into audio paths and relevant processing
can be done. The MUX routes are extended to allow add or remove above
modules in the path via mixer controls. This is similar to how specific
ADMAIF channels are connected to relevant I/O module instances at the
moment.
Some of these modules can alter PCM parameters. Consider example of
resampler (44.1 -> 48 kHz) in the path.
aplay(44.1 kHz) -> ADMAIF -> SFC -> (48 kHz) I2S -> (48kHz) Codec
The modules following SFC should be using converted sample rate and DAIs
need to be configured accordingly. The audio-graph driver provides a
mechanism to fixup the new parameters which can be specified in DT for a
given DAI. Then core uses these new values via fixup callback and then
pass it to respective DAIs hw_param() callback. The "convert-rate",
described in [1], property can be used when there is rate conversion in
the audio path. Similarly "convert-channels" can be used when there is
channel conversion in the path. There is no "convert-xxx" property for
sample size conversions. It can be added if necessary.

Changelog
=========
v1 -> v2
--------
* Put comments for soft reset application in the drivers.
* Split out mute/volume control logic in put() calls of MVC driver and
use separate callbacks for the respective kcontrols.
* Update kcontrol put() callback in MVC driver to return 1 whenever
there is change. Similar change is done in other drivers too.
* Use name-prefix.yaml reference for the driver documentation now.
* Add sound-name-prefix pattern for MIXER driver and use prefix
accordingly in DT.

The current implementation of the CDROM_MEDIA_CHANGED ioctl relies on
global state, meaning that only one process can detect a disc change
while the ioctl call will return 0 for other calling processes afterwards
(see bug 213267).
This introduces a new cdrom ioctl, CDROM_TIMED_MEDIA_CHANGE, that
works by maintaining a timestamp of the last detected disc change instead
of a boolean flag: Processes calling this ioctl command can provide
a timestamp of the last disc change known to them and receive
an indication whether the disc was changed since then and the updated
timestamp.
I considered fixing the buggy behavior in the original
CDROM_MEDIA_CHANGED ioctl but that would require maintaining state
for each calling process in the kernel, which seems like a worse
solution than introducing this new ioctl.

'reg' is the standard property for defining register banks/addresses. Add
it to use for the VCO register address and deprecate 'vco-offset'. This
will also allow for using standard node names with unit-addresses.

Some of these clocks are not referenced by the driver at all whereas
aud_ref_clk and core_bi_pll_test_se are but were missing from the
bindings. These clocks are optional (and not currently provided
anywhere) while "xo" and "sleep_clk" are mandatory.
Note that none of these clocks were used beforehand as the driver
referenced them by their global name.
