Pull ARM straggler SoC fix from Olof Johansson:
"A DT bugfix for Nomadik that had an ambigouos double-inversion of a
gpio line, and one MAINTAINER URL update that might as well go in now.
We could hold off until the merge window, but then we'll just have to
mark the DT fix for stable and it just seems like in total causing
more work"

swarren/linux-tegra.git is a stale location; it has moved to
tegra/linux.git.
While the git protocol re-directs to the new location, HTTP does not.
Besides, MAINTAINERS should contain the canonical URL.

Pull libata fixes from Tejun Heo:
"Late libata fixes.
The most important one is from Kevin Hao which makes sure that libata
only allocates tags inside the max tag number the controller supports.
libata always had this problem but the recent tag allocation change
and addition of support for sata_fsl which only supports queue depth
of 16 exposed the issue.
Hans de Goede agreed to become the maintainer of libahci_platform
which is under higher than usual development pressure from all the new
controllers popping up from the ARM world"

* Proper OPP table for omap5
* Fix for SoC detection of one of the DRA7 SoCs
* hwmod updates to get SATA and OCP to work on omap5 (drivers
merged in 3.16)
* ... plus a handful of smaller fixes
- sunxi needed to re-add machine specific restart code that was
removed in anticipation of a watchdog driver being merged for 3.16,
and it didn't make it in.
- Marvell fixes for PCIe on SMP and a big-endian fix.
- A trivial defconfig update to make my capri test board boot with
bcm_defconfig again.
... and a couple of MAINTAINERS updates, one to claim new Keystone
drivers that have been merged, and one to merge MXS and i.MX (both
Freescale platforms).
The largest diffs come from the hwmod code for omap5 and the re-add of
the restart code on sunxi. The hwmod stuff is quite late at this
point but it slipped through cracks repeatedly while coming up the
maintainer chain and only affects the one SoC so risk is low"

There are a number of DT and defconfig files which

"A lot of activities on cgroup side. Heavy restructuring including
locking simplification took place to improve the code base and enable
implementation of the unified hierarchy, which currently exists behind
a __DEVEL__ mount option. The core support is mostly complete but
individual controllers need further work. To explain the design and
rationales of the the unified hierarchy
Documentation/cgroups/unified-hierarchy.txt
is added.
Another notable change is css (cgroup_subsys_state - what each
controller uses to identify and interact with a cgroup) iteration
update. This is part of continuing updates on css object lifetime and
visibility. cgroup started with reference count draining on removal
way back and is now reaching a point where csses behave and are
iterated like normal refcnted objects albeit with some complexities to
allow distinguishing the state where they're being deleted. The css
iteration update isn't taken advantage of yet but is planned to be
used to simplify memcg significantly"

One minor annoyance is a last-minute dependency that wasn't handled
quite right. Commit ba0fae3b06a6 ("clk: berlin: add core clock driver
for BG2/BG2CD") in this pull request depends on
include/dt-bindings/clock/berlin2.h, which is already in your tree via
the arm-soc pull request. Building for the berlin platform will break
when the clk tree is built on it's own, but merged into your master
branch everything should be fine"
