Now that the external page_cgroup data structure and its lookup is gone,
the only code remaining in there is swap slot accounting.
Rename it and move the conditional compilation into mm/Makefile.

Pull ARM SoC/OMAP GPMC driver cleanup and move from Arnd Bergmann:
"The GPMC driver has traditionally been considered a part of the OMAP
platform code and tightly interweaved with some of the boards.
With this cleanup, it has finally come to the point where it makes
sense to move it out of arch/arm into drivers/memory, where we already
have other drivers for similar hardware. The cleanups are still
ongoing, with the goal of eventually having a standalone driver that
does not require an interface to architecture code.
This is a separate branch because of dependencies on multiple other
branches, and to keep the drivers changes separate from the normal
cleanups"

Pull ARM SoC cleanups from Arnd Bergmann:
"The remaining cleanups for 3.19 are to a large part result of
devicetree conversion nearing completion on two other platforms
besides AT91:
- Like AT91, Renesas shmobile is in the process to migrate to DT and
multiplatform, but using a different approach of doing it one SoC
at a time. For 3.19, the r8a7791 platform and associated "Koelsch"
board are considered complete and we remove the non-DT
non-multiplatform support for this.
- The ARM Versatile Express has supported DT and multiplatform for a
long time, but we have still kept the legacy board files around,
because not all drivers were fully working before. We have finally
taken the last step to remove the board files.
Other changes in this branch are preparation for the later branches or
just unrelated to the more interesting changes:
- The dts files for arm64 get moved into per-vendor directories for a
clearer structure.
- Some dead code removal (zynq, exynos, davinci, imx)
- Using pr_*() macros more consistently instead of printk(KERN_*) in
some platform code"

Pull ARM SoC cleanup on mach-at91 from Arnd Bergmann:
"On Atmel AT91, the conversion to device tree is now considered
complete, and all machines that were not already converted in 3.18 are
assumed to be unused and dropped by the maintainer.
All remaining board files that were written in C are dropped, and the
ancient at91x40 sub-platform (based on an MMU-less ARM7) is removed
altogether. Cleaning up the last pieces was great fun, so I took the
time to do some of the coding myself and removed several hundred code
lines that ended up unused after the board files were done.
There are still a couple of AT91 specific device drivers that are not
converted to DT (CF, USB-OTG) and currently not working, and the
platform itself is not "multiplatform"-enabled, but both issues are
going to be taken care of in the 3.20 cycle.
This is split out from the other cleanups purely based on the size of
the branch"

Pull ARM SoC non-critical bug fixes from Arnd Bergmann:
"These are bug fixes for harmless problems that were not important
enough to get fixed in 3.19. This contains updates to the MAINTAINERS
file, in particular:
- Ben Dooks stepped down as Samsung co-maintainer (thanks Ben for
long years of maintaining this). Kukjin Kim, who has been doing
the work de-facto by himself recently is now the only maintainer.
- Liviu, Sudeep and Lorenzo from ARM now officially maintain the
Versatile Express platform, which was orphaned (thanks for
- Gregory Fong and Florian Fainelli help out on the Broadcom BCM7XXX
platform
- Ray Jui and Scott Branden are the future maintainers for the newly
merged Broadcom Cygnus platform. Welcome!
In terms of actual fixes, we have the usual set of OMAP bug fixes,
which Tony Lindgren separates out well from the other OMAP changes,
one really ep93xx regression fix against 3.11 that didn't make it for
3.18, a few GIC changes from Marc Zyngier as a preparation for later

Pull Altera Nios II processor support from Ley Foon Tan:
"Here is the Linux port for Nios II processor (from Altera) arch/nios2/
tree for v3.19.
The patchset has been discussed on the kernel mailing lists since
April and has gone through 6 revisions of review. The additional
changes since then have been mostly further cleanups and fixes when
merged with other trees.
The arch code is in arch/nios2 and one asm-generic change (acked by
Arnd)"

VE's reset driver lives at the third level of the directories:
drivers/power/reset/vexpress-poweroff.c
and wasn't matched by the */*/vexpress* pattern.
Added additional pattern for all files at this level. This should be
enough for a while...

Pull "move omap gpmc to drivers finally" from Tony Lindgren:
We can finally move the GPMC code to live in drivers/memory for
further clean up work.
Note that we still have dependencies to the legacy booting for
omap3 board-*.c files for setting up the board specific memory
timings. For that we need the timing related things still exposed
in include/linux/omap-gpmc.h. This will all become private data
to the GPMC driver once the legacy booting support can be dropped.

The am53c974 is a re-implementation of the tmscsim driver,
and provides the same functionality.
So remove the tmscsim driver and make am53c974 an alias to tmscsim.

Some distributions carry an "old" format of overlayfs while mainline has a
"new" format.
The distros will possibly want to keep the old overlayfs alongside the new
for compatibility reasons.
To make it possible to differentiate the two versions change the name of
the new one from "overlayfs" to "overlay".

Add serial port debug macros for the SCIF(A) serial ports.
This includes all supported shmobile SoCs, except for EMEV2.
The configuration logic (both Kconfig and #ifdef) is more complicated than
one would expect, for several reasons:
1. Not all SoCs have the same serial devices, and they're not always
at the same addresses.
2. There are two different types: SCIF and SCIFA. Fortunately they can
easily be distinguished by physical address.
3. Not all boards use the same serial port for the console.
The defaults correspond to the boards that are supported in
mainline. If you want to use a different serial port, just change
the value of CONFIG_DEBUG_UART_PHYS, and the rest will auto-adapt.
4. debug_ll_io_init() maps the SCIF(A) registers to a fixed virtual
address. 0xfdxxxxxx was chosen, as it should lie below VMALLOC_END
= 0xff000000, and must not conflict with the 2 MiB reserved region
at PCI_IO_VIRT_BASE = 0xfee00000.
- On SoCs not using the legacy machine_desc.map_io(),
debug_ll_io_init() is called by the ARM core code.
- On SoCs using the legacy machine_desc.map_io(),
debug_ll_io_init() must be called explicitly. Calls are added
for r8a7740, r8a7779, sh7372, and sh73a0.
This was derived from the r8a7790 version by Laurent Pinchart.

DRA7(including AM5x) and AM47x series are handled under OMAP umbrella.
These SoC support and dts have been added since 3.14 kernel and Pull
requests for these have come in from OMAP till date.
So just ensure that get_maintainers can pick up this list as well.

The usbip driver was moved out of staging in 3.17-rc3 but the MAINTAINERS file

Pull ARM SoC fixes from Olof Johansson:
"A surprisingly small batch of fixes for -rc3. Suspiciously small, I'd
say.
Anyway, most of this are a few defconfig updates. Some for omap to
deal with kernel binary size (moving ipv6 to module, etc). A larger
one for socfpga that refreshes with some churn, but also turns on a
few options that makes the newly-added board in my bootfarm usable for
testing.
OMAP3 will also now warn when booted with legacy (non-DT) boot
protocols, hopefully encouraging those who still care about some of
those platforms to submit DT support and report bugs where needed.
Nothing stops working though, this is just to warn for future
deprecation.
Beyond this, very few actual bugfixes. A PXA fix for DEBUG_LL boot
hangs, a missing terminting entry in a dt_match array on RealView a
MTD fix on OMAP with NAND"

Merge "omap fixes against v3.18-rc2" from Tony Lindgren:
Few fixes for omaps to enable NAND BCH so devices won't
produce errors when booted with omap2plus_defconfig, and
reduce bloat by making IPV6 a loadable module.
Also let's add a warning about legacy boot being deprecated
for omap3.
We now have things working with device tree, and only omap3 is
still booting in legacy mode. So hopefully this warning will
help move the remaining legacy mode users to boot with device
tree.
As the total reduction of code and static data is somewhere
around 20000 lines of code once we remove omap3 legacy mode
booting, we really do want to make omap3 to boot also in
device tree mode only over the next few merge cycles.
