2014-03-18ARM: dts: Move common dt data for interrupt combiner controller for exynos4x12Chanwoo Choi1-10/+4
This patch move common dt data of interrupt combiner controller to exynos4x12.dtsi. Each Exynos4x12 SoC has different number of interrput combiner as following: - Exynos4212 : interrput combiner 18(0 ~ 17) - Exynos4412 : interrput combiner 20(0 ~ 19) The exynos combiner driver initialize interrupt according to specific number of interrput combiner. - samsung,combiner-nr : The number of interrput combiners supported. Also, This patch arrange again the dt data according to register address in exynos4212/exynos4412.dtsi. 2013-12-21ARM: dts: Move MCT node to exynos4x12.dtsiTomasz Figa1-24/+0
For MCT block compatible with "samsung,exynos4412-mct", that uses PPI interrupts for local timers, only one local interrupt needs to be specified, since it is a per-processor interrupt. This allows moving MCT node of Exynos4x12 SoCs back to common exynos4x12.dtsi, since they have the same set of interrupts to be specified, which was the only difference. 2013-12-21ARM: dts: Fix definition of MSHC device tree nodes for exynos4x12Tomasz Figa1-9/+0
All SoCs from Exynos4x12 series contain the MSHC block, so its node can be located in exynos4x12.dtsi. In addition, missing clock specifiers are added, generic SoC attributes are moved from board dts files to common dtsi file of SoC family and the node is renamed to a more generic name to follow node naming recommendations. 2013-05-07Merge tag 'multiplatform-for-linus-2' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/arm/arm-socLinus Torvalds1-0/+9
Pull late ARM Exynos multiplatform changes from Arnd Bergmann: "These continue the multiplatform support for exynos, adding support for building most of the essential drivers (clocksource, clk, irqchip) when combined with other platforms. As a result, it should become really easy to add full multiplatform exynos support in 3.11, although we don't yet enable it for 3.10. The changes were not included in the earlier multiplatform series in order to avoid clashes with the other Exynos updates. This also includes work from Tomasz Figa to fix the pwm clocksource code on Exynos, which is not strictly required for multiplatform, but related to the other patches in this set and needed as a bug fix for at least one board." * tag 'multiplatform-for-linus-2' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/arm/arm-soc: (22 commits) ARM: dts: exynops4210: really add universal_c210 dts ARM: dts: exynos4210: Add basic dts file for universal_c210 board ARM: dts: exynos4: Add node for PWM device ARM: SAMSUNG: Do not register legacy timer interrupts on Exynos clocksource: samsung_pwm_timer: Work around rounding errors in clockevents core clocksource: samsung_pwm_timer: Correct programming of clock events clocksource: samsung_pwm_timer: Use proper clockevents max_delta clocksource: samsung_pwm_timer: Add support for non-DT platforms clocksource: samsung_pwm_timer: Drop unused samsung_pwm struct clocksource: samsung_pwm_timer: Keep all driver data in a structure clocksource: samsung_pwm_timer: Make PWM spinlock global clocksource: samsung_pwm_timer: Let platforms select the driver Documentation: Add device tree bindings for Samsung PWM timers clocksource: add samsung pwm timer driver irqchip: exynos: look up irq using irq_find_mapping irqchip: exynos: pass irq_base from platform irqchip: exynos: localize irq lookup for ATAGS irqchip: exynos: allocate combiner_data dynamically irqchip: exynos: pass max combiner number to combiner_init ARM: exynos: add missing properties for combiner IRQs ...
2013-04-26ARM: dts: add mshc controller node for Exynos4x12 SoCsThomas Abraham1-0/+8
Commit 800974ac ("ARM: dts: Add board dts file for ODROID-X") includes a node to describe the board level properties for mshc controller. But the mshc controller node was not added in the Exynos4x12 dtsi file which resulted in the following warning when compiling the dtb files. Warning (reg_format): "reg" property in /mshc@12550000/slot@0 has invalid length (4 bytes) (#address-cells == 2, #size-cells == 1) Warning (avoid_default_addr_size): Relying on default #address-cells value for /mshc@12550000/slot@0 Warning (avoid_default_addr_size): Relying on default #size-cells value for /mshc@12550000/slot@0 Fix this by adding the mshc controller node for Exynos4x12 SoCs.
