2018-02-13ARM: dts: sunxi: Switch MMC nodes away from cd-inverted propertyTuomas Tynkkynen1-2/+1
Using the cd-inverted property is not useful when GPIOs are used as card detects since the polarity can be specified with the usual GPIO_ACTIVE_(HIGH|LOW) GPIO flags. It has also caused confusion for U-Boot developers, so migrate all sunxi boards away from cd-inverted. 2017-03-27ARM: dts: sunxi: Remove no longer used pinctrl/sun4i-a10.h headerChen-Yu Tsai1-1/+0
All dts files for the sunxi platform have been switched to the generic pinconf bindings. As a result, the sunxi specific pinctrl macros are no longer used. Remove the #include entry with the following command: sed --follow-symlinks -i -e '/pinctrl\/sun4i-a10.h/D' \ arch/arm/boot/dts/sun?i*.* arch/arm/boot/dts/sun9i-a80.dtsi was then edited to remove the extra empty line. 2016-12-26ARM: sunxi: Convert pinctrl nodes to generic bindingsMaxime Ripard1-9/+9
Now that we can handle the generic pinctrl bindings, convert our DT to it. Signed-off-by: Maxime Ripard <maxime.ripard@free-electrons.com> Acked-by: Chen-Yu Tsai <wens@csie.org> Reviewed-by: Linus Walleij <linus.walleij@linaro.org>
2016-12-26ARM: sunxi: Remove useless allwinner,pull propertyMaxime Ripard1-1/+0
The allwinner, pull property set to NO_PULL was really considered our default (and wasn't even changing the default value in the code). Remove these properties to make it obvious that we do not set anything in such a case. 2016-12-26ARM: sunxi: Remove useless allwinner, drive propertyMaxime Ripard1-3/+0
The allwinner, drive property set to 10mA was really considered as our default. Remove all those properties entirely to make that obvious. Signed-off-by: Maxime Ripard <maxime.ripard@free-electrons.com> Acked-by: Chen-Yu Tsai <wens@csie.org> Reviewed-by: Linus Walleij <linus.walleij@linaro.org>
2015-10-13ARM: dts: sun6i: Turn on gmac on ColombusHans de Goede1-0/+12
We've everything we need to support the gmac on Colombus, turn it on. Signed-off-by: Hans de Goede <hdegoede@redhat.com> Signed-off-by: Maxime Ripard <maxime.ripard@free-electrons.com>
2015-09-27ARM: dts: sun6i: Add accelerometer on Columbus A31Sander Vermin1-0/+7
Add mma8452 accelerometer to sun6i-a31-colombus.dts. Signed-off-by: Sander Vermin <sander@vermin.nl> Signed-off-by: Hans de Goede <hdegoede@redhat.com> Signed-off-by: Maxime Ripard <maxime.ripard@free-electrons.com>
2015-09-27ARM: dts: sun6i: Columbus: Add i2c controller for communicating with the LCDHans de Goede1-0/+17
The Colombus development kit uses an optional 2048x1536 edp panel using an anx9804 parallel lcd to edp converter. The anx9804 chip is controlled via an i2c bus which is connected to 2 regular gpio pins. 2015-05-10ARM: sunxi: dt: Remove the FSF addressMaxime Ripard1-5/+0
The FSF address triggers a warning on checkpatch, saying that the FSF license is already present in the Linux source code, and that it has already changed in the past. Remove it from our DT, as suggested. Signed-off-by: Maxime Ripard <maxime.ripard@free-electrons.com>
2015-04-27ARM: sunxi: DT: Add stdout-path propertyMaxime Ripard1-1/+5
Add UART aliases and stdout-path property for all the Allwinner boards so that we won't have to rely on the bootargs' console= value, while working with legacy bootloaders. While we're at it, also remove the mentions of earlyprintk in the bootargs, that will remove our default bootargs entirely, and allow the kernel to boot on a system even if DEBUG_LL is configured for another system. 2015-04-27ARM: sun6i: colombus: Convert to DT label based syntaxMaxime Ripard1-61/+59
In order to lessen the amount of duplication of the DT tree, ease the new and follow the trend that prefers to use label based references when overriding DTSI nodes, convert the board to this syntax Signed-off-by: Maxime Ripard <maxime.ripard@free-electrons.com>
2015-01-21ARM: sunxi: DT: Convert the DTs to use a header for the pinctrl nodesMaxime Ripard1-5/+6
The pinctrl nodes require some extra opaque arguments for the pull up and drive strength values. Introduce a new header file and convert the device trees to replace these opaque numbers by defines. Signed-off-by: Maxime Ripard <maxime.ripard@free-electrons.com>
2015-01-21ARM: sunxi: DT: convert DTs to use common GPIOs includesMaxime Ripard1-2/+4
Replace the various raw GPIO flags by their definition in the common dt-bindings header. Signed-off-by: Maxime Ripard <maxime.ripard@free-electrons.com>
2015-01-21ARM: sunxi: DT: Convert to device tree includesMaxime Ripard1-2/+2

2014-10-21ARM: sun6i: colombus: Relicense the device tree under GPLv2/X11Maxime Ripard1-5/+41
The current GPL only licensing on the DTSI makes it very impractical for other software components licensed under another license. In order to make it easier for them to reuse our device trees, relicense our device trees under a GPL/X11 dual-license. Signed-off-by: Maxime Ripard <maxime.ripard@free-electrons.com>
2014-05-22ARM: sun6i: Add MMC0 controller to the Colombus boardMaxime Ripard1-0/+21
The Colombus has a full size SD slot wired to the MMC0 controller. In order to work, the MMC lines have to have the pull-ups enabled though. Signed-off-by: Maxime Ripard <maxime.ripard@free-electrons.com> Reviewed-by: Hans de Goede <hdegoede@redhat.com>
2014-05-22ARM: sun6i: Enable USB Host support on the Colombus boardMaxime Ripard1-0/+26
The colombus board has a on-board USB hub, that is enabled through the pin PH24, and wired to the first EHCI controller. Signed-off-by: Maxime Ripard <maxime.ripard@free-electrons.com>
2014-03-07ARM: sun6i: colombus: Enable the I2C controllersMaxime Ripard1-0/+18
The A31 Colombus board has 3 I2C controllers that should be usable. However, the first one is not working for some reason on the hardware I have been able to test it on, while it should really be the same controller. Enable the i2c1 and i2c2 busses, and mark i2c0 as in failure in the DT. Signed-off-by: Maxime Ripard <maxime.ripard@free-electrons.com>

2013-08-16ARM: sun6i: Add WITS Colombus A31 evaluation kit supportMaxime Ripard1-0/+30
This platform from WITS is the evaluation board for the Allwinner A31. It features a quad-Cortex A7, 2048MB of RAM, NAND, USB, MMC, several UART, HDMI, a 2048 x 1536 10" screen, powered by a PowerVR, etc. Of course, most of these peripherals aren't supported yet, but support for those will come eventually.
