2012-05-13ARM: PCI: provide a default bus scan implementationRussell King1-10/+1
Most PCI implementations perform simple root bus scanning. Rather than having each group of platforms provide a duplicated bus scan function, provide the PCI configuration ops structure via the hw_pci structure, and call the root bus scanning function from core ARM PCI code. 2012-01-06arm/PCI: convert to pci_scan_root_bus() for correct root bus resourcesBjorn Helgaas1-1/+2
Convert from pci_scan_bus() to pci_scan_root_bus() and remove root bus resource fixups. This fixes the problem of "early" and "header" quirks seeing incorrect root bus resources. 2007-04-21[ARM] Remove needless linux/ptrace.h includesRussell King1-1/+0
Lots of places in arch/arm were needlessly including linux/ptrace.h, resumably because we used to pass a struct pt_regs to interrupt handlers. Now that we don't, all these ptrace.h includes are redundant. Signed-off-by: Russell King <rmk+kernel@arm.linux.org.uk>

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
