2012-03-10ARM: SAMSUNG: Correct MIPI-CSIS io memory resource definitionSylwester Nawrocki1-2/+2
The resources size is increased to 16KB to also include the non-image packet data buffers (CSIS_PKTDATAn). The 4KiB region is only sufficient when the driver is not using the packet data buffers. 2012-03-10ARM: SAMSUNG: fix __init attribute on regarding s3c_set_platdata()Tushar Behera1-2/+2
s3c_set_platdata() is defined with __init attribute, hence all functions referencing this function should also be defined with __init attribute. Signed-off-by: Tushar Behera <tushar.behera@linaro.org> Signed-off-by: Kukjin Kim <kgene.kim@samsung.com>
2012-03-09ARM: SAMSUNG: Add __init attribute to samsung_bl_set()Tushar Behera1-1/+1
s3c_set_platdata() is defined with __init attribute, hence all functions referencing this function should also be defined with __init attribute. samsung_bl_set() is referenced only in '__init xxx_machine_init()' functions, thus this change won't put any additional constraint on the usage of samsung_bl_set(). 2012-01-27ARM: SAMSUNG: Fix platform data setup for I2C adapter 0Sylwester Nawrocki1-1/+3
The common static default_i2c_data structure gets bus_num set by each s3c_i2c?_set_platdata() call, except for s3c_i2c0_set_platdata(). Thus if for instance s3c_i2c1_set_platdata() is called prior to s3c_i2c0_set_platdata() the I2C0 controller has bus_num set to wrong value of 1, i.e. the one from previous set_platdata call. Fix this by also setting bus_num for I2C0. This resolves the conflict in the arch/arm/mach-s3c64xx/s3c6400.c file, and it fixes the build error in the arch/x86/kernel/microcode_core.c file, that the merge did not catch. The microcode_core.c patch was provided by Stephen Rothwell <sfr@canb.auug.org.au> who was invaluable in the merge issues involved with the large sysdev removal process in the driver-core tree. 2012-01-05ARM: restart: remove the now empty arch_reset()Russell King1-20/+0
Remove the now empty arch_reset() from all the mach/system.h includes, and remove its callsite. Remove arm_machine_restart() as this function no longer does anything useful. For samsung platforms, remove the include of mach/system-reset.h and plat/system-reset.h from their respective mach/system.h headers as these just define their arch_reset functions. As a result, the s3c2410 and plat-samsung system-reset.h files are no longer referenced, so remove these files entirely. 2012-01-05ARM: 7254/1: restart: S3C24XX: move SWRST based S3C platforms toHeiko Stuebner3-0/+7
S3C2412/S3C2416/S3C2443 use a special register to signal the reset to the processor and used therefore the s3c24xx_reset_hook mechanism in the s3c24xx-specific arch reset. This patch introduces restart functions for these architectures, moves the board files to them and removes the s3c24xx_reset_hook infrastructure, as all users are gone. 2011-12-28ARM: SAMSUNG: Fix build error when selecting CPU_FREQ_S3C24XX_DEBUGFS on S3C2440Denis Kuzmenko1-10/+15
Following is happened when CONFIG_CPU_FREQ_S3C24XX_DEBUGFS is selected without building of s3c2410-iotiming.c file: arch/arm/mach-s3c2440/built-in.o:(.data+0x38c): undefined reference to `s3c2410_iotiming_debugfs Basically, the CONFIG_S3C2410_IOTIMING is not selected for MACH_MINI2440. Because the s3c2410-iotiming.c is not ever compiled and enabling CONFIG_CPU_FREQ_S3C24XX_DEBUGFS option caused undefined reference to s3c2410_iotiming_debugfs() defined in that file.
