	None of these files are actually using any __init type directives and hence don't need to include <linux/init.h>. Most are just a left over from __devinit and __cpuinit removal, or simply due to code getting copied from one driver to the next. 	IMHO the setting should depend on ANOMALY_05000305 which is about the availability of the bit, not ANOMALY_05000265 which only describes the SPORT sensitivity to noise (checked for BF561 only, though). If that's not true for other BF variants, maybe the definition of ANOMALY_05000265 for BF561 should be changed to '(1)' instead.
