	arch/i386/kernel/vsyscall-note.o is not listed as a target so its .cmd file is neither considered as a target nor is it read on the next build. This causes vsyscall-note.o to be rebuilt every time that you run make, which causes vmlinux to be rebuilt every time. 	This patch adds an ELF note to the vDSO giving the LINUX_VERSION_CODE value. Having this in the vDSO lets the dynamic linker avoid the `uname' syscall it now always does at startup to ascertain the kernel ABI available. 	Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
