	Historically plat_mem_setup did the entire platform initialization. This was rather impractical because it meant plat_mem_setup had to get away without any kind of memory allocator. 2006-04-19	[MIPS] Rewrite all the assembler interrupt handlers to C.	Ralf Baechle	3	-88/+19
	Saves like 1,600 lines of code, is way easier to debug, compilers frequently do a better job than the cut and paste type of handlers many boards had. And finally having all the stuff done in a single place also means alot of bug potencial for the MT ASE is gone. 	This patch removes almost all inclusions of linux/version.h. The 3 #defines are unused in most of the touched files. A few drivers use the simple KERNEL_VERSION(a,b,c) macro, which is unfortunatly in linux/version.h. There are also lots of #ifdef for long obsolete kernels, this was not touched.
