2012-01-11cpu: Register a generic CPU device on architectures that currently do notBen Hutchings1-0/+1
frv, h8300, m68k, microblaze, openrisc, score, um and xtensa currently do not register a CPU device. Add the config option GENERIC_CPU_DEVICES which causes a generic CPU device to be registered for each present CPU, and make all these architectures select it. 2011-11-24lib: move GENERIC_IOMAP to lib/KconfigMichael S. Tsirkin1-3/+0

There are numerous broken references to Documentation files (in other Documentation files, in comments, etc.). These broken references are caused by typo's in the references, and by renames or removals of the Documentation files. Some broken references are simply odd.
