2009-01-06	mm: report the MMU pagesize in /proc/pid/smaps	Mel Gorman	1	-0/+6
	The KernelPageSize entry in /proc/pid/smaps is the pagesize used by the kernel to back a VMA. This matches the size used by the MMU in the majority of cases. However, one counter-example occurs on PPC64 kernels whereby a kernel using 64K as a base pagesize may still use 4K pages for the MMU on older processor. To distinguish, this patch reports MMUPageSize as the pagesize used by the MMU in /proc/pid/smaps. 2008-08-04	powerpc: Move include files to arch/powerpc/include/asm	Stephen Rothwell	1	-0/+75
	from include/asm-powerpc. This is the result of a mkdir arch/powerpc/include/asm git mv include/asm-powerpc/* arch/powerpc/include/asm Followed by a few documentation/comment fixups and a couple of places where <asm-powepc/...> was being used explicitly.
